Return & Refund Policy

At JNVSDGB, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund process.

We are committed to honest pricing: the price shown at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees, and we do not require customers to subscribe to any services to complete a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items are not eligible if they show signs of misuse, modification, negligence, or are missing components.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or damaged on arrival, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact support@purelinkon.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (required for defective or damaged claims)

Once approved, we will email you:

  • Return instructions

  • The return shipping address

If you need to return an item, please ship it to the following address:

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team 

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, we cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. JNVSDGB is not responsible for packages lost in transit without delivery proof.


5. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 2 business days

  • If the item is ineligible (used, damaged, missing parts), we will notify you by email

Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment methods.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified

  • Post-shipment requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide supporting photos or videos

We will offer:

  • replacement at no cost, or

  • full refund, including shipping fees


8. Additional Important Information

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of authorization

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

  • The return address will be provided via email after approval

  • The price displayed at checkout is the final price

  • There are no hidden charges

  • You will never be required to subscribe to any service to complete a purchase
