4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, we cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. JNVSDGB is not responsible for packages lost in transit without delivery proof.
5. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 2 business days

If the item is ineligible (used, damaged, missing parts), we will notify you by email
Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment methods.
